We help people who are really good at what they do, but struggle for a consistent fitness routine. We lose to help people get fit for the first time, those who have tried and failed repeatedly before, and those who used to be in shape, but now had a life change and can’t seem to get the results they want.
We are full service – meaning we take care of exercise, nutrition and mindset coaching – but help our clients reach their goals in a way that isn’t overwhelming or intimidating, but fits with their lifestyle.

About the Owner, Benjamin Pickard
Benjamin Pickard, B.Sc. Kin, CSCS, uses his passion, education and experience to help everyday people integrate fitness with their lives to get exceptional results. Known for his flexible approach to exercise and nutrition, Benjamin’s clients develop and confidently maintain a stronger, happier and healthier lifestyle through fat loss, strength training and nutrition coaching.
Running personal training, small group and online programs, he has a unique approach to motivation and accountability that helps his clients thrive, and by staying at the forefront of all the latest health and training news they are getting the most relevant information (and best possible results) for their fitness journey.
Outside of the gym, Benjamin loves lifting heavy things, a hot coffee on a cool spring morning and creating the perfect hamburger. He lives in Guelph, ON with his family.
