I’ve known Scott for a few years now I’ve had the pleasure of watching him do what we wish for all our members at Lean Strong Fitness:
Maintaining his results for life.
Since leaving our programs, Scott has continued to workout at home, practices his nutrition habits, and really keeps health front and centre in his life to benefit his life, work and family.
All of this started out with Scott coming to LSF for only two 45 minute sessions a week, and we took care of writing him home workouts to do on his own. It was inspiring to see his dedication and hard work during our sessions, but what really lights us up as a team at Lean Strong Fitness is seeing the success Scott is his ongoing commitment to his health.

Lean Strong Fitness changed my life.
After 20 years and being a member of gyms since I was 18 and never really having a consistent workout routine of more than 6-9 months at a time, I finally invested in my health with Lean Strong Fitness.
I trained for 18 months, twice a week with various exercises I’ve never done, working muscles I’ve never felt before and I’m in better shape at almost 40 now than I was at 21.
Having the knowledge of proper form, writing programs, working through injuries and understanding nutrients has impacted my entire life.
I love the habits they help to develop and live by.
My energy is way higher.
I’m more productive at work and way more active on weekends and evenings with my kids.
