We have different services to choose from depending on your needs, goals, schedule and budget. With all of our options, we help clients with exercise, nutrition and mindset coaching, and approach your goals in a way that isn’t overwhelming or intimidating, but that promote confidence, support and accountability.
1 on 1 Private Personal Training:
Private training is the perfect choice if you want customized fitness and nutrition plans to fit your specific goals, and the personal accountability of working with a dedicated professional.
Semi-Private Personal Training:
Get all the benefits of 1 on 1 training including personalized programming, nutrition and accountability, but in a small group (1-4 people) environment which promotes motivation, support and fun. Note: You don’t need to find your own group to join – we have existing sessions you can join!
Rehabilitative Exercise Program:
If you have aches, pains or injury that are holding you back from your health and fitness goals, this program might be perfect for you. Plus, a portion of your membership might be able to be written off under your physiotherapy benefits. Please contact for details.
This has all the benefits of 1 on 1 personal training without the time constraints. Work out on your schedule, at the gym of your choice (or your home), but still received a customized exercise and nutrition plan, with the accountability and support to reach your goals. Note: This is NOT a 1 size fits all program.
