Pamela Dunk, Coach

Hey there, I’m Pam, a personal training coach with over 25 years of experience in fitness. Throughout my diverse background in construction, farming, football, and yoga, I’ve encountered my fair share of physical challenges, including spinal fractures, herniated discs, torn knee ligaments, frozen shoulder, and even three C-sections.

 

          What drives me is helping people surpass their own expectations and achieve things they never thought possible with their bodies. I firmly believe that movement, core activation, and glute engagement are key to unlocking your body’s potential and accomplishing your goals. 

 

          As your coach, I bring my extensive experience and unwavering support to tailor your workouts that challenge you while keeping you safe. Together, we’ll break barriers, shatter expectations, and transform your body and mindset!
