Hi I’m Rebecca, a certified personal trainer at Lean Strong. With years of experience in CrossFit and a background in various sports, I bring a unique perspective and understanding of the needs and capabilities of different demographics.
Having played Box Lacrosse, Rugby, Flag Football, Basketball, and Track & Field, I recognize the importance of tailoring workouts to the specific needs and abilities of individuals in different age groups. I understand the potential concerns and challenges that can arise with age, and I’m here to guide you through safe and effective workouts that promote strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
Some fun facts about me: I adore cars, have a sweet tooth and love me some sushi! I have deadlifted an impressive 325 lbs and I live by the motto, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”
