Let's be honest...I don't like going to the gym. But this gym is unlike other gyms. Pam is my trainer and she is very patient with my idiosyncracies. She designs programs that work 75-year-old me hard enough for strength building without injury. Considerate placement of fans ensure I don't overheat. As a bonus I have met my weight loss goals. Wow! Lean Strong Fitness has got it figured out. This isn't your run-of-the-mill gym. They have custom-tailored every single workout specifically for my unique needs. I love the focus on strength-building, especially as I enter my 40's. Their extensive knowledge and keen eye on form make every work matter and count. When you start at Lean Strong Fitness, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start. Sign up today!
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts. Sign up today!
Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

Each session lasts 45 minutes and is led by a qualified coach. During your session, you’ll work on a custom program designed specifically for you, based on your fitness level, goals, and where you currently are in your journey.
 
The focus of your program is on strength training, but we may add certain aspects of cardio based on your goals. We have minimal machines, working mainly off of body weight, free weights, bands, TRX and a few other pieces.
 
The session will start with a quick warm-up to get your body moving, followed by your main program. The coach ensures you know what you’re doing, performing each movement correctly and safely. They also help make necessary adjustments, whether it’s making the exercises more challenging or easier based on how you’re feeling that day.
