Today I wanted to share 2 of the strategies my wife and I use to eat more protein with less work.
We’re both self-employed.
We both have erratic schedules.
And we’ve got an 11 year old who’s schedule is somehow more erratic than ours.
It took us some fine tuning to get this dialed in, and when it comes to your health there aren’t any shortcuts (that work).
But once you start to break the actions you need to do on a daily basis down into habits and understand how habits are built, there are plenty of shortcuts.
And they work great.
After all, the simplest solution is often the best one.
