One of the questions I get most often, that tends to be one of the most controversial as well, is

“How much protein should I eat?”

If you google it, things can get very confusing, very fast. Some recommendations are general, some are grams of protein per pound or kilo of body weight, and some are based on your “ideal” body weight.

Plus, nobody REALLY seems to agree, so the recommendations vary drastically and you don’t know what’s actually right.
